Determine your eligibility:
1. Select your anticipated number of participants on the left of the chart.
2. Choose the deadline you plan to meet at the top of the chart.
The color circle corresponds to the Global Conference or cash option you qualify for. You may travel on any Global Conference within the level you qualify for, or choose a Global Conference from any of the lower levels.

All Travel & Company Global Conferences are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and some have limited enrollments. We encourage travelers to sign up for their chosen conference as soon as possible. We will not accept applications, online submissions or changes after the dates listed below.

Confirm Details
After you have submitted your online registration form, you can verify your registration at a later date in Travel & Company's My Account. Travel & Company will send you a conference Program Summary once your eligiblity has been verified. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy, sign the form and return it within two weeks, noting any necessary changes.
Any airline tickets and hotel confirmations will be mailed express within one week of departure. All accounts must be paid in full before tickets are released. Any balances still unpaid one month prior to departure wil result in cancellation of the participant. In this case, Travel & Company will not be able to provide the cash alternative or reschedule conferences for any participant cancelled for non-payment.
