How to Plan a Tour

Step 1: Meet Your T&C Tour Consultant

Experts in the art of travel, T&C Tour Consultants are also skilled trip planners. Talk to them about your interests, goals and concerns and they’ll help you identify the factors that will make your trip a success—number of cities, length of tour, time of year—and even suggest options you may not have considered. Step 2: Choose & Customize an Itinerary

Choose or create the ideal trip for your group.  T&C offers three types of trips: Limited Edition Trips, Classic Trips and At Home Trips, or you can custom design a trip that’s perfect for you. Check out our Trip Finder to get started.

Step 3: Recruit a Group

Get the word out!  Invite prospective travelers to an informational meeting and promote, promote, promote!  Once you request a quote from your T&C Tour Consultant, a customized trip site on the web will be set up just for your group.  From there you may email prospective travelers and post announcements to get everyone excited about your tour.  More ideas on how to recruit a group may be found in the Group Leader’s Workbook.

Step 4: Register Your Group

First, register online or send in a completed Group Leader Registration Form. Then allow your participants to begin registering online or by completing the form in the Travel & Company Registration Booklet.

Step 5: Pack Your Bags & Go

Bon Voyage! Your T&C Tour Manager will greet you at the airport when you touch down overseas.
