Group Leader Rewards 
Sharing travel with family, friends, colleagues, hey let’s face it—anyone, is a truly rewarding experience. You’re offering them the opportunity to return home, after a wonderfully fun time overseas, a more interesting person.
Why should you be the one to do the work? We’re so glad you asked….
1. Free Travel
T&C group leaders travel free (that’s right, completely and totally free, as in no money necessary) when they lead a group of at least ten participants.
2. Global Reward Trips
T&C’s famed Global Reward Trips (GRTs) have earned the reputation as the highlight of the year for group leaders. The free (there’s that word again) trips allow you to explore new destinations, meet T&C Staff and fellow group leaders and let us reward you for a job well done. Each trip includes airfare, accommodations, excursions and more. You qualify for trips based on when you register your group and the number of participants you enroll. Past GRT destinations include London, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Japan, Ecuador; the list goes on and on.
3. Cash Rewards & Stipends
Too busy for a weekend away? T&C would still like to reward you for getting a group together. How does cash sound?
Once you’ve signed up more than ten full-paying participants, you are eligible to receive a cash stipend—pocket money for your trip. Your stipend is calculated using the number of participants who travel with you and is based on the full price program fee, regardless of registration date. With each additional ten participants you sign up beyond your first ten, you may choose to forego the stipend and bring along an assistant for free.
4. Experience Bonus
Once you try us, we think you’ll want to travel with us again and again, so we reward you for your loyalty. If you’ve previously led tour groups with T&C, ACIS or other approved travel organizations, you’ll receive a cash bonus.
This bonus is based on the number of participants assigned to each group leader or assistant for stipend purposes and is also based on the length of the trip you have chosen. There are no bonuses for group of less than five people. Assistants under the age of 21 are not eligible to earn bonuses.

5. Referral Bonus
Like what you hear? Share the news! Refer a friend and when they lead a group for the first time we’ll send you cash. If your friend travels with 5-24 participants, you’ll get $500. If he or she travels with 25 or more participants you’ll get $1,000. That’s right, you get paid for opening more people’s eyes to travel!
